Since inception, Professional Gourmet has become the premier upscale caterer in the area. We have provided services to corporate, collegiate, governmental, and private clients. The two partners in our catering venture have over 30 years of experience in fine foodservice management and service. We are fully H.A.C.C.P. trained and certified by Servesafe. Our Executive chef has health department certifications in TN, AL, SC, IL, and NC. Including certification in the City of Chicago, whose standards are so rigorous that the rest of the country has modeled and based their health code on this standard.
